You will receive a report with infrared and visual pictures of all equipment scanned as well as of defects,  along with an inventory of your electrical equipment that was scanned.  Your report will also show the amperage for all equipment where ever possible, as well as the amps on equipment and defective components.  

 

We will inspect your flat roof for thermal anomalies; your report will include both infrared and visual photographs, along with moisture readings of all suspected areas.  We use a non destructive moisture meter so your roof will not be disturbed.

We will inspect your operating mechanical equipment. Your report will include a list of all equipment surveyed and both Infrared and visual pictures of each piece of equipment surveyed.  Suspected anomolies will include amperages as well as possible causes.  
    

We will inspect your building envelope for Insulation Deficiencies, energy loss, building defects, leaks, thermopane glass failure.  Your report will include both infrared and visual pictures as well as descriptions of the findings.

We will scan the affected areas and your report will contain both visual and infrared pictures along with moisture readings, well as a description of the findings.
